Welcome to the Ice Cream Confectionals!
My husband and I decided to start this blog to share our love of ice cream. While we’ve been enjoying ice cream our whole lives, we recently got a Ninja Creami and it has been a game changer. We can now create whatever flavor we want, and mix-in exactly what we want. The resulting ice cream has been even better than what we can find in stores, and it’s nice to know all of the ingredients in each dish. We’re excited to keep coming up with new ice cream flavors for you to try!

In addition to enjoying ice cream, I like adventuring anywhere, even just to a new grocery store. I’m excited to share our recipes with everyone and hopefully help bring some good ice cream to your kitchens!
Meet the Man Behind the Whisk: Alex.
I’m the main cook in the house, which translates to usually making most of the ice cream. I enjoy trying out new ideas in the kitchen, so I’m excited to try making some new flavors of ice cream!
